Best Cast Iron Skillet

I use this pan for everyday cooking from fried eggs to steak. It’s much better than using a cheap non stick pan that will chip away it’s coating overtime. This skillet won’t do that. As long as you take care of it, it’ll take care of you.

Rough, pockmarked interior surface which will make seasoning less effective. I like the shape and the curved transition from base to sides. Probably fine for searing meats, steaks, bacon etc. but I think eggs will be a problem. Pictures misleading as to interior surface. They show as relatively smooth but they're very rough.
