Great vacuum for apartment/small home pet owners.

Small, compact, and does the job. It’s cordless, and has a small container, so sure it needs charging and emptying frequently, but for me who lives with my pet in a small apartment, it’s the perfect vacuum. It may not be as ideal for a larger space because it does fill quite quickly and may need more charging. I see a visible difference on floors and carpet. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and has really nice suction. Plus, the front light on the floor attachment helps me see what I’m missing. The attachments are also great. You get a lot of them for a relatively good price. For what it is, I think it’s worth the price. Got pet hair? This thing sucks it up like nothing.

I bought this so I would not have to lug my heavy plug-in vacuum up and down the stairs. Less than 6 months after I got this, it began. Turn it on, 1 second later it shuts off. Check the cup, try recharging (all 3 lights are solid). Try again, same thing, 1 second on then shuts off. read the manual, no help there. Check the reviews. So, I looked for a clog, there wasn't one. I could see daylight through every tube, even used a flashlight for the L tube part on the power head. Check the filters. The Premotor filter is NOT as easy to get off as the pictures want you to believe, it takes so much oomph the first time the entire filter assembly flies apart. (If you have pets be fast collecting the parts.) Washed the filters which were amazingly clean, let them dry 24-hours then reassembled. Guess what? Turn it on, 1 second later it shuts off. Now, I get to feel guilty about contributing to land fill, go back to lugging the heave and unwieldy plug-in vacuum up and down the stairs, AND I get to repair the holes in the wall from the recharging station. 05/03/2021 UPDATE: because this was less than a year old it was still under manufacturer's warranty. I emailed Bissel, they promptly (within 2 weeks) and efficiently sent a replacement.
