Makes everyone happy

This was one purchase my husband and I could agree on. I drink coffee by the pot, my husband, the cup. I don't like sweet, flavored coffee. It's all my husband drinks. So this is perfect for us. It is easy to operate and I like the large tank that can handle a full 12 cups of coffee and my husbands single cup without refilling it. It all comes down to brewing a perfect cup of coffee. That all that really matters to me and this kuerig does just that. This replaced my bunn, not because it broke but because we had it so many years and I just wouldn't die. We came to hate that pot. I thought the coffee came out bitter and burnt tasting. But this keurig doesn't have that issue. It is perfect and I can't get enough. My husband has been happily going through a rainbow of flavors with the k cups trying to find his favorites. So this has made us both happy and I would recomend this brand over all others. It's just that good.

Just before Christmas I purchased two of these coffee machines as gifts for my husband, one for the house and one for the farm. On Christmas morning the first one we tried quit working right away before making even one cup of coffee. It was returned to Amazon a few days later . The second one was put in service that same morning and worked until the morning of February 7th when it quit as it was just starting the brew cycle, none of the buttons will illuminate, it just sits there doing nothing. There is power at the electrical outlet so that is not the problem, the problem lies somewhere in the appliance. Of course by now the grace period to return it to Amazon has expired so my husband and I will have to seek another avenue of recouping my expenditure. Needless to say we are not going to recommend that anyone purchase this brand of appliance.
