Bought USED Good product it’s missing internal lid that goes with the plastic cup insert

The size is 21.5 ounces very happy with big metal thermos which holds a big lunch. I love this product & have a smaller version but the grey internal plastic cup lid is missing with the plastic internal plastic insert. Not happy also the bottom is dented and seller ridn’t disclose any of damaged or missing pieces. Not sending back but they could’ve done better.
