Sweetnight 12 Inch Queen Size Mattress

There is a reason I continue to use Amazon and that is the customer service. This is the 5th foam mattress we have bought over the years, the last purchase was 6 years ago. Never had a problem until now, the brand we purchased in the past is no longer around unfortunately. I bought this bed and laid it out for 3 days and the corners and edges never fully inflated. We put this on the bed day 4 and began sleeping on it. 1) This bed has no edge support, if you just jump in and out of bed, no problem, but if you set on the edge to put on clothes or slippers then you might get tossed off the bed if not careful. If you sleep close to the edge then rolling out of bed would definitely be a danger. 2) Since the corners and edges didn't fully inflate, (8" on the corners and 10" on edges) the chances of rolling off the bed is even worse. 3) The reason for the inflation problems may be twofold. One thing different about this bed and the ones we bought in the past is the way it is shipped. They fold the bed in half when shipping which can lead to the inflation issues with the edges and corners and also a 1" deep dip in the mattress at the folded area that did not fully inflate. This may not be an issue if the bed is sold soon after boxed and shipped but we will never know. The bed comfort is so objective that I don't want to go into that much. Heat factor is pretty much the same on all the foam mattresses we have/had in our home though. You either love or hate a foam mattress it seems. This mattress was not as comfortable as our others but if we had not had issues with the inflation of the edges and corners would probably made due with this mattress. Amazon customer service is an A+ for the return process on this, easy as a phone call. I wouldn't waste my time with the bed company unless the return window with Amazon has closed. Thanks Amazon.
