Great product

I didn’t know if this product would be worth having (worth the price $) and I worried about quality since it didn’t have many reviews. However, I’m thrilled with this purchase!! It arrived in great packaging, no damage. Super easy to assemble and great quality. Sturdy, looks nice, fits perfect and frees up so much space. The shelves/attachments can be moved so it is customizable to your needs/wants. I was worried how it might look in front of a window but I think it looks great. So happy to be organized and have more counter space. Given the great quality of this product and I don’t see why anyone would purchase a more expensive version. Highly recommended.

Functional item but paint came chipped

The product arrived on time, and the set up was a breeze. It definitely does what it’s supposed to! I really like that the dishes drain into the sink, so the water doesn’t pool on a tray and I don’t have a stinky or slimy mat to clean. I think it holds more than a conventional dish rack too! I was disappointed at the lack of quality though. On the cup that holds utensils, the paint came chipped in two spots! I’m concerned that it will start to rust from there... this is no $10 dish rack, and I want to be able to use it for a long time. It seems for a $80 price tag, this kind of quality control needs to happen.
