Cast Iron Paper Towel Holder Sunflower

I really wanted to love this paper towel holder. The bright, cheerful color seemed like the perfect way to add a pop of color to my bland kitchen. Unfortunately, there were just too many issues. The first holder arrived with a broken top, which I assumed was a shipping mishap, so I ordered a replacement. However, the second one wasn’t much better. It had scuffed details and jagged edges, as though the cast hadn’t been properly sanded before painting. The sunflower base, which initially caught my eye, had bumpy spots and debris under the paint, likely from being hastily finished. I can understand how a slightly distressed, imperfect look might work for a “farmhouse” aesthetic, and I could have overlooked minor flaws. But in this case, the quality control issues were just too major to ignore. Sadly, I ended up returning it.
