eco4life 8" Touchscreen WiFi Digital Picture Frame

I bought this product on prime day. There was no packaging in the box just had the frame and power cord. No Remote. It did not work. It looked like it was already returned once and instead of disposing of it they just sold it to someone else. It came on but wouldnt do anything. The menu button on the back did not work it wouldnt read my flash drive. There is something on the back and says lock/unlock but there is just a hole there so whatever it is that locks/unlocks doesnt work because there is nothing to lock/unlock it with. It doesnt have anything to sit it in a desk which is what I got it for and what it shows on the picture in the box. The only thing you can do is hang it. I bought 2 things on prime day and neither were correct. Now Im stuck paying full price for something I could have gotten on prime day besides this that doesnt work.
