Cervical Neck Roll Memory Foam Pillow

The AllSett Health Cervical Neck Roll Memory Foam Pillow caught my eye because of its affordability and promise of comfort. However, my experience with it has been a bit of a mixed bag. This memory foam pillow is quite soft, which may appeal to those who prefer a gentler cushion. However, for my needs, it was too soft to provide the firm support I seek for my neck. When used as a cervical pillow, it didn’t give me the level of support I was hoping for, leading to some discomfort. Despite my initial disappointment, I decided to keep the pillow due to its low cost and found an alternative use for it in my yoga practice. Instead of using it for neck support, I’ve been placing it under my ankles in child’s pose. This adjustment has been quite beneficial, as it helps reduce the pressure on my legs when they press directly against the floor. The pillow’s softness, which was a drawback for neck support, actually works well for this purpose.
