Secura French Press Coffee Maker- 32oz

I like this pot generally but it could be better. Starting with the items I like 1. It comes with extra screens this is nice. 2. The coffee stays warmer longer since it is double walled. 3. The pot cleans easily. 4. The value for the money is there. 5. No Spillage while pouring. 6. The coffee grounds are push down & stay there. So much that they are hard to get out when cleaning but that is a good thing, less end up at the bottom of my cup. What can be done better? 1. The handle. Our last pot, Bodum, we had forever probably 7+ yrs. But metal fatigue occurred & the handle gave way at the base. This handle is smaller so I feel the same issue will occur and probably sooner. Not sure why they don't have a handle that connects at the bottom for added stability. Suggestion, don't hold the handle when dumping out the grounds hold the actual pot in your hands. 2. The size is okay, I was disappointed when I measured against my old Bodum pot. It was supposed to be bigger but it is slightly smaller. The brewing capacity is a half of cup of coffee less. Makes a difference when you have guest over. Overall it is a good pot that does what it says.
