Ceramic Nonstick, Frying Pan/Skillet

I purchased this from Woot at a discount (I can now see why). This was my first ceramic non-stick pan and for the first 2-3 weeks this thing was amazing. Couldn't get something to stick if I tried. After the third week, food started to stick here and there but at an acceptable rate. 4 weeks in and my morning french toast (which I make almost every morning with the same pan) stuck to the point of having to soak the pan to get the burnt crust off. So my question to you is if the non-stick material (if it even was ceramic) is no longer on the pan, then how much of it can I ingest before needing to seek help from poison control?
