The quality of the Hoover cleaner was fantastic for the price and it cleans excellent. But in the instructions it doesn't have the re-order part numbers for the filters.

Sent used vaccuum

Very disappointed. We received a vacuum which had been used. The box had odd tape on it to hold it closed. The head of the vacuum has scuffs all over the front top. Hopefully I can return it. I would add that my niece has this vacuum and I have used it and liked it, that's why I ordered one.
