ANKER is the WAY GO. PLEASE READ THIS!
By LPL on Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2020
UPDATE 9/18/2020: I can’t believe that the company read the comments and fix the vents, the version that you will get, likely does not have the vent issues anymore ( see the pictures-red arrow). Still, don’t expect to vacuum large areas. For me work best for tables, chairs, countertops, kitchen tables, dining tables etc; but still, it is a great little handy vacuum, for small areas gets largely the job done Anker is a reputable brand, don’t take me wrong, I own 50-100 plus Anker products, the promo video might mislead you, the width of the vacuum is about 1-2 inches, for the mess showed on the video will take you literally forever to clean it. I use this after I vacuum w my main vacuum for detailing small unreachable places, but that’s it. Let’s say you want for your CAR, that a No No, not enough power, not enough width for the job. Another reviewer mentioned the fan points downward, that’s very true, means you try to vacuum something but the air generated by the vacuum will pretty much blow out whatever needs to be vacuumed, means you need to vacuum almost in a vertical instead of 45 ish degree; the round shape of the vacuum makes it hard to keep it in one place. "The product quality is good, the practicality and functionality is poor". UPDATE I HAVE PROJECTORS: CAPSULE, MARS 2, Cosmos and Cosmos Max! (excellent projectors). I HAD Eufy Robo VACUUM not so good, but to be fair, I also own a Deebot that cost double and sucks at reability, tangle free-obstable avoidance-stucking technology, likely the tech is not there yet; I still own the Cordless vacuum, Eufy lightweight cordless, upright, it is a great handy vacuum I HAVE or GAVE it to someone countless powerbanks, all functioning for years and flawlessly. I HAVE or GAVE it to someone at leat 5-7 earbuds and headphones (excellent line of products with little caviats here and there, but in general, they are excellent too). I HAVE or GAVE it to someone at least 3-5 flashlights (high quality products but needs better optics, super affordables) I HAVE 3 Eufy CAMs, for me my mother and mother in law, (excellents products) I HAVE 2 anker's keyboard (excellent products) I HAVE 2 ANKER's PROJECTOR STANDS (excellent products) I HAVE ANKER SELFIE STICK, at least 5 (excellent products) I HAVE ANKER POWER CABLES (countless) (excellent products - flawless) I HAVE ANKER FAST Wireless chargers (two) (excellent products) I HAVE at leat 5-7 ANKER BT Speakers (excellent products) I HAVE ANKER cell phone cases (many) (excellent products) I HAVE ANKER POWER SOLAR PANELS (excellent products) I HAVE ANKER MULTIANGLE STAND FOR TABLETS AND CELLPHONES (excellent products) I HAVE ANKER CAR MOUNTS (not so good) I HAVE ANKER QUICK CHARGE 31.5 W (excellent products) I HAVE ANKER WATERPROOF CASE (excellent products) I HAVE THE ANKER ALKALINE BATTERIES, AA and double AAA (fantastic !) I WILL GET THE ROAV HYDROCLEAN: excellent product I WILL GET THE ROAV JUMP STARTER (amazing solid product) Anker Power House 200, great product AS YOU CAN SEE, I DO OWN SEVERAL ANKER"S PRODUCTS, AND THE REASON I KEPT BUYING THEM IS BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT QUALITY, RELIABILITY, FAIR PRICE (I DONT CARE PAYING MORE FOR GOOD QUALITY), and "UNPAIRED CUSTORMER SUPPORT".

Another Vacuum Mass Produced Without Testing
By Just_Another_Engineer on Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2023
This vacuum has a few things going for it. The suction power is good and it's relatively compact, which allows it to reach crevices in places like the gap between your car seat and the center console, etc. That said, there are some critical issues with the design that would imply no one bothered to conduct any user testing. First, the design of the vacuum is all about appearing sleek and modern. Functionality has taken a back seat. The power button is an on/off toggle switch that is placed directly where your thumb needs to go ergonomically hold the vacuum while maneuvering it to clean. The result is that you will accidentally turn the vacuum off while trying to clean. I've had this happen consistently, so it's not just a fluke. Ideally, the switch would be a rocker or slider switch (clearly not as sexy) and placed such that it's out of the way of an optimal grip on the unit. My next issue is with the brush. Having the bristles on the end of the unit is a clear plus because it allows you to dislodge debris that the vacuum can then suck up. The issue is the mechanical engineering. The brush component slides up the nozzle at the slightest provocation, meaning you practically need to duct tape it down for it to stay in a useful position while cleaning. This is down to a very slim tolerance on the mechanism that holds the brush in place - it should require a much larger and concerted force to release, and should not release at the slightest pressure from the end of the unit (that obviously occurs while vacuuming). This is something that would be have been caught and addressed immediately if anyone had bother to test the design before mass production. In the end, theses issues have made the vacuum quite annoying to use in practice. I hope the design of next model benefits from this real world feedback. Function is greater than form when it comes to vacuums, etc.!
