This mattress topper is fabulous. Firm and supportive yet soft and comfy. You cannot feel the couch bars underneath it. Had an excellent nights sleep on small pull out bed. Love it. Need to lay it out flat before using.

Permanent bend in the middle wouldn’t recommend

Upon opening the mattress topper, it had a slight smell and would unfolding it. I could see that the middle of the mattress topper was bent so I left it, laid it out flat and I tried to pull it, stretch it out so that that bend will go away after 12 hours and trying to lay on it. The bin is not going away and it is a permanent bend, my particular mattress topper came with a deformity and then I tried to open the zipper part but the zipper does not work. It is unfortunate. I tried to sleep on it and it’s not coming out so I have to toss it. I wouldn’t recommend this particular item because that is an issue and it may just be that they’re selling us a formed product via Amazon. However, it is very disheartening and even with that band is so strong even when you try to flatten it out, it will not flatten out. The foam that is in the middle is deformed And it will not come out
