The one I received had something wrong with the constant comfort pump. That's the little pump that's supposed to keep the mattress inflated while you sleep overnight. It was so loud you could hear it in the next room and would never shut off eventually way over inflating the mattress. When I requested a replacement through the Amazon app, Amazon directed me to contact the seller at their website. I wrote the seller an email requesting a replacement or repair. They replied with a canned response that was not at all helpful and closed my case. I was not able to get a response from them after that. I had to chat with four different Amazon reps through the app and speak with one on the phone in order to get a return label to drop this off at the UPS store. It took more than an hour of time over several days just to get a return label. No one could tell me why this was so much more difficult than a typical Amazon return.
