Great dual 4 slice toaster
By Dayna on Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2025
I was looking to replace an old plain jane 2 slice toaster for a while. Not that looks are the most important thing of a toaster, but after moving into a new place I wanted to have some nicer or "big girl" looking appliances that also worked well.I feel like this toaster aesthetically really caught my eye and I liked that it did 4 slices over 2. I compared reviews of many brands but kept coming back to this one. This one has great reviews, and it just looks sleek.I've used this for a while now and have absolutely no qualms with it. It always makes my toast perfect whether for sandwiches or morning toast with jam. Easy to clean, and still looks like the day I got it.

Beware!!!
By C. Walker on Reviewed in the United States on December 22, 2021
Maybe I just got a defective unit, but pay attention when toasting. Bought this early November. Arrived about a week before Thanksgiving. Looks really nice and sleek. Toasting settings are way off. Set ours right above 2 to get a good brown. The 2nd time we used it, my wife put the bread, set it and walked to the living room to check on the Grandson, Walked back 15 seconds later and the toaster was smoking alot. She took a quick look in the right side, and the bread started to catch on fire. When I got home I check it, made sure the plug was good, made sure their was no loose parts, and that the settings wasn't all the way up to the highest. Everything seemed fine. Pushed down on the handle, and the middle burner immediately turned a bright, bright red. It was so hot the crumbs started to smoke. Hit the cancel button, and started it again. Same results. Smacked the side of the toaster, started it again, and it was back to normal. Weird!!! Until this morning when my daughter tried to make toast. This was about the 15th time we used it. She pushed down on the handle, and about 15 seconds into it, it started to smoke really bad again. She canceled it, and left it alone. Got back from work, was told about the toaster. Checked everything again. Started it, and the same burner immediately turned a bright red again. Canceled it out, and restarted it again. This time the burner wouldn't even work. Must of burnt itself out. Luckily, Amazon return policy went to the end of January. Had no problem with customer service. Refunded my money, and now looking to get another toaster. Like I said, maybe I just got that one out of a million, and it was defective. Hope this helps, but be cautious and stay close by if this might happen to you.
