Above and beyond customer service for an amazing product

I ordered the wiz pack as an Amazon warehouse buy and was sent a product missing 75% of the pieces. I returned it and wrote about what happenrd in my initial review and then ordered the product from playshifu's website directly. The company reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience that wasn't even their fault and then sent me the tunes kit as well. I'm so impressed with how above and beyond they've gone. I've recommended this to all of my friends and several have bought it and loved it as well! This AR style of learning is the perfect bridge between kids who want to play with screens and parents who want them to learn something. My son loves math but has never been interested in learning about letters until now and I'm so excited!

Do not recommend unless you have hours to spare for set up and troubleshooting!

When the app and games work correctly, this program is great. However, 97% of the time you are trying to troubleshoot. Not a fan of this program at all because of this reason! It never syncs well with the game pieces. When we try to troubleshoot it takes FOREVER to get a picture of set up to send. App freezes up, never saves progress. Wish there was an option to just calibrate device when needed and show an image back so it can be set up perfectly to see necessary game pieces. Would save a lot of time waiting for the troubleshooting to actually work. Taken up to 32 minutes before fully uploaded image in troubleshooting option. Too long and very inconsistent for maybe 10 minutes of play time. Do not recommend unless you have hours to spare for set up and troubleshooting!
