When it came, it seemed to be of good quality materials. We unfolded it and placed it on a thick blanket to protect it from the bare floor. It inflated quickly and was firm and supportive. It was fine for the first two weeks. Then the trouble started. In the flocked top surface, one of the depressions developed a tiny split in the seam. Since Amazon told me I could return it, but not get a replacement. So I chose to patch the hole. I saturated a small scrap of cotton fabric with liquid weld and patched the hole beautifully. It still holds. Last night, the very next depression to the original hole sprung a leak as well. I guess I'll be patching it today, hoping it won't start leaking somewhere else tomorrow. It's a comfortable mattress, and I like its firm support. I just wonder if I shouldn't just seal the entire top of it so it doesn't do it again.
