Hose randomly detached from sprayer

Beware!!! The hose just randomly popped away from the sprayer and water was shooting everywhere. Luckily we were home and heard it, or there would have been a devastatingly damaging flood in no time. Scary. We had bought two and removed the other one right after mopping up the water. Added note, this was on a couple of years with no incidence. Who knows what happened. Maybe a worn part.
