Tall lamp

The first thing I noticed when I received this box was that it was covered in labels of proposition 65 warnings. This was not known to me when I ordered the lamp, so I’m not thrilled about this. I feel like it’s worth mentioning. Other than that, I do like the appearance of the lamp. It’s taller in height so it goes well on a larger table. The shade is a very bright white. It arrived in pristine condition and was well shaped. The bass of the lamp is extremely sturdy which is good because of its tall height. The accent pieces are a brass color which goes well with golden frames I have in the room. Overall the lamp is a neutral statement in color but it’s large size makes it more noticeable. Also useful, the lamp did come with a lightbulb.

If you need a nice warm light that will cast soft lighting in a corner and won't be too heavily "scrutinized", this is a nice lamp. It is a good size -- not too big and not too small. It has a neutral look but is probably better suited to more "modern" decor. Up close, the side of the lamp looks kind of cheap and you can tell it isn't a "high-end" lamp. But if you put it on a table or shelf in a corner, it is perfect for casting a soft light on a room. [LCVR]
