Although this ultimately works as described, the durability is somewhat supect. After a few months, two (2) of the dial handles broke off. Since one (1) of them was the function select dial, you basically had to choose a function and live with it. Since I purchased this for the rotesserie function that were it stays. I can see why Wolfgang has moved on to another model. Hopefully a different manufacturer.
