Blue specks in tub- warning for babies

My daughter LOVES this bath toy, but it leaves blue specks all in the bottom of the tub. She's only had it for 3 days so I thought it was just some initial residue, but it's every night. Now I seet hat some of the "blue" is coming off. I wouldn't suggest it for a little baby that could put it in their mouth-- they'd be eating blue stuff. I tried to take a picture of the part that's disintegrating and the papertowel showing the blue specks. Its hard to see the blue specks in the tub though.
