Gourmia Illuminating Electric Hand Mixer with 6 Speeds

Update 2: So sad that I have to give an update after 5 star rating... I decided to return since the machine get hot and make dough get hot too... It get hot easily, I could not hold it for long until dough get to texture I needed but had to break for a while to let machine and dough rest eventhough this time I made small batch only 300gr flour.... Update: I am writing to update my review. Today I made double dough than last time ( 500gr AP flour), I struggled to hold the mixer, it made dough get warm...Therefore, I think the mixer is only perfect for small batch.... Previous review: I am sooooo happy with this purchase. I got a Bosch last month and had to return. I was almost going to buy Kitchen Aid after bad experience with standing mixer. However kitchen aid is expensive for my budget. Therefore, before going to Kitchen Aid I decided to try a handy one. I searched and found this brand, it is not popular but I bought it since at home my Mom is using an air fryer from Gourmia and it is working very well so somehow I assumed this hand mixer will be good and with that price if it had trouble I can return and go to the last choice Kitchen Aid then. I tested to make Hokaido Milk bread and Hongkong Sponge cake. The dough mixer work very smoothly with wet creamy dough,the engine is not loud. The best is the 2 led light helps me see the dough and merigue texture better. I can speed up the max speed 6 by pressing Turbo. It is not too heavy, easy to clean and save huge time for baking. I love love it!
