Edit: in the midst of waiting for this review to be published, the manufacturer sent out a replacement unit. Raising two stars for the manufacturer resolving the issue, although there was no communication or response from them to my follow up emails, so I had no idea a replacement was being sent out. And still no response from the seller. I purchased this in early July and contacted both the seller and manufacturer via email several times since. I was looking forward to this purchase for months and chose this specific model/manufacturer based on reviews. I even paid extra to get this specific color combo vs their generic primary colors. I went back and fourth with spending this kind of money but gave in thinking it would be something that my family could enjoy this summer since we are still safer at home in my county. After assembly, a piece (the main blue unit) was not snapping together correctly and after sending multiple photos to the seller, they agreed it was defective and I was told I would be contacted the next day to confirm shipping a replacement piece. The next day came and went and I contacted them the following week. Again, I was emailed back and told I would receive a replacement piece and they would contact me the next day to confirm shipping. Still nothing. I contacted the manufacturer who emailed back apologizing for difficulty with getting a replacement and wanted my receipt from Amazon to confirm the unit was still under warranty. I emailed immediately after receiving this request and did not hear back. I emailed again following up and still have not heard back. It’s now September and I still don’t have a response from either on what is going on. I do, however, have a huge waste of space in my garage. This was not the fun summer item I hoped to have. Will never purchase from this seller again.
