Great item but needs a few tries to work!

This is a really cool toy! Mine upon arrival didn’t work.. so I put new batteries in. Still it didn’t work. However if you reinstall the batteries a few times it actually works and pairs with Alexa! In other words: DON’T GIVE UP. Keep trying and it’ll work eventually!

It’s cute, paired with Echo quickly/easily- the problem is- Amazon/Alexa no longer offers the “Fuzzible” skill - rendering it useless other than as a cute stuffed animal. Took two hours on the phone with Amazon to finally get a customer service representative who understood what is wrong with that. Ridiculous. False Advertising, this is NOT interactive & does NOT work with Alexa. They’re supposed to remove the listing so others are not deceived.
