Mind Reader 9-to-5 Collection Office Mat

This item is defective. The mat is very hard and comes firmly rolled into a tiny role. I could not get it to unroll even after days of leaving it out of the box. My husband tried to muscle it open and he couldn't get it open either. At one point, it snapped back on him and cut his finger deeply. It wound up taking 3 adults to get the mat to unroll and then we left some heavy objects on it for a number of days thinking it would eventually lay flat. It never did, the edges still curl inward to where when you try to roll an office chair over it, the chair won't go. So completely defective and unusable and possibly dangerous. So I put in the request to return it and they want it sent back and there is no way we'll be able to roll it tight enough back up to get it back in the box. So I'm going to do a chat with them and with amazon. I'm not going to the trouble to mail back such a defective item but they need to refund. Don't buy!
