These fans are great. Perhaps they are a little expensive. They are aesthetically attractive. Well designed. Utterly quiet. They filter the air, so the blades don't get as dirty. There is a sensor for the air quality that appears as a light located top left. Blue when the air is clean, red when it isn't and amber when the air is somewhat polluted. I has a replaceable filter in the back which you replace every 7 months I think. Those are around $25. I am so happy with it. Highly recommended

I’m not sure this made a huge difference for us. We had it for a few months and didn’t notice it doing much to help my husband. We were then gifted a large Honeywell air purifier and immediately noticed that he was breathing easier.
