Very simple lightweight but powerful food processor!
By Mary Ansaldi on Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2020
I LOVE this food processor! First, it’s easy to unpack and assemble, and is a perfect size and fit in my kitchen. Directions are clear and user guide comes with recipes as well. The processor Is lightweight which was a bit of a surprise because it is an 8-cup capacity processor. It’s compact and fits nicely on my counter under the cabinets as seen in the picture I attached. Second, the processor is easy to use. I have owned and used several different processors and this one is not complicated - I’m not a professional chef so too many bells and whistles make me nervous! Measurements are clearly marked and there is one dial for the speed settings (low, high and pulse). It comes with one metal chopping/mixing blade, one thin reversible slicing/shredding disc and one thick reversible slicing/shredding disc. All are simple to install and remove. They are also very easy to clean as is the 8-cup attachable bowl - all are dishwasher safe and easily fit in the dishwasher itself. The base has suction cup attachments that keep it place when mixing at a higher speed, which I really like. It’s also more on the quiet side when operating which I also liked. I have used this processor for several of my favorite recipes and it made the chopping and slicing quicker and easier. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

WHEN A MANUFACTURER CAN'T EVEN LIST PARTS AND NUMBER THEM CORRECTLY IT'S TIME FOR A RETURN
By Beverly Sullivan on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2022
Ordered and received this item so I didn't have to lug the big heavy Cuisinart down every time I wanted to prep food. It was small and cute and would not take up a lot of counter space as well as look good. I just went to read the manual before using (always a good thing to do) and much to my chagrin, the manual is so poorly written that the parts and numbers don't even match up. #1 is listed as the Housing base and is clearly not the housing base but #3 which is the Cover with feed tube. #3 is listed as the Cover with feed tube but is actually #2 (the 8-cup work bowl. Well, even I could figure that out, but as I read further the manual assembly instructions for reversible slicing, step 5 says "Align pusher with the feed tube opening on the work bowl cover and slide down to the bottom" The pusher, #4 on the parts list, is actually the housing base. What is the pusher supposed to look like? There is no part in the picture that looks like something you can align with the feed tube and push down as the instructions suggest. Well, that was enough for me. I called Cuisinart first and waited so long for a rep that I decided to follow the instructions given on the phone which was to check their list of manuals. Surprise! Surprise! The model I purchased isn't even listed on the Cuisinart site. Thankfully, Anna at Amazon was able to make it easy for me to return the item. As for Cuisinart....I have no words. I thought they were a much more reliable company. Truly disappointed in the product and the company.
