good buy

I chose this model because you could adapt it from firm to soft. They only goofy thing is if you want both sides soft you only have one soft insert but we wanted firm so no problem. It does have a good edge so you won't fall out of bed. It takes some getting used to this type mattress but overall I'm way pleased with it. No odor that I could detect so I used it first night....not a good idea...still growing and was sort of creepy...by day 3 it was a perfect firmness...not taut firm but more like a plush.... Its beautifully crafted and you could tell some serious thought in design....

Not as cool confusion on inserts. Better mattress than previous for side sleeping.

It’s a very unique mattress and I suffer from a lot of pain in my neck,shoulders and back. I had initially gave it 4-5 stars but had to change it to 3. It’s still very comfortable for the type of mattress it is. It’s interchangeable to design it however you need from the inside out. My complaint is only one thing as the days and months have gone by. Yes it’s wonderful for side sleeping but only one side of the inserts are good for that. It’s not a cool mattress it’s sleeping rather warmer than I am used to. I have only one thing in mind to make it sleep cool is to get a 2 inch cooling full size insert as there’s no way that I have seen to be able to order any inserts from the company? I couldn’t find it during the time that I have had it. I’m hoping that they get ahold of me to see what there is for new more plush inserts. In the meantime I had to use a plush topper that’s not a gel type as I have had seen reviews that adding gel toppers on top of a foam mattress isn’t a great idea. This is not contributing to sleeping cooler either. I do love that I no longer suffer from side sleeping. The normal pressure points are not aching as much. It is a very good mattress but despite air conditioning on at nite it still is sleeping too hot. Now with the topper on it’s a bit more bearable but still warm. I’m definitely reaching out to the company to see if they have different options for the other side to be more plush and if they can recommend a cooling insert. Otherwise I’m looking at finding a different company for the insert. It isn’t a bed you can sit on the side of due to its plushness, you sink as well. It’s to be expected from these types of mattresses unless you get a hybrid. I can only hope the next mattress I get will be the one. This is almost the one. I think the average person who doesn’t exist in constant pain would benefit from this unique mattress due to it potentially being a preventative for later in life problems from a poor mattress. It is definitely unique in the ways you can build it to suit your comfort level. I just wish I got a real cooling, plush on both sides inserts. :/
