Well worth the money, and helpful company
By Ryan on Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2021
I have this in my workshop, and I noticed a huge difference in air quality right away. It seems to handle a large amount of air just fine. I the automatic mode is where I leave it in the day time and it does fluctuate the speed as it reacts to how many machines I have running or what I’m working on. That automatic mode also seems to actually react correctly depending on what I’m doing instead of randomly changing speeds. This tells me that the onboard sensor is working well. The volume on the highest setting is less than I thought it would be. My scientific measurements (ears) tell me that it’s less than a window fan I have. Anyway, it’s not a bother to me on the highest setting. Lowering the speed through the steps obviously lowers the volume level down to the quietest mode which has a nighttime symbol which is accurate; I would have no trouble sleeping with this running next to me in that mode. I also like that the controls and operation are super simple. I don’t know how they could have even made it easier honestly. I did buy 2 of these, and one was had a problem in shipping. I contacted the company, and even though it wasn’t their fault they actually took care of everything and didn’t give me any kind of hassle or hoops to jump through. I am happy to have bought these from a what turns out to be a real good company, and will be buying from them in the future if I ever need to.

Filters make it impossible to clean pre-filter
By james lamm on Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2020
I have had this air purifier for a while now. There are things I like and things I don't like. The biggest con I think is that the pre-filer and the hepa filters are glued together. There is no obvious way by looking at it or in the manual to wash the pre-filter. My fear is that it would be a shame to buy so many filters just because large particles clog up the pre filter but there is no easy way to wash it. They should have had them come apart as I suspect other air purifiers do. Another smaller issue is that the buttons are super easy to press just by touching it in the slightest. Like my cat turns the thing on and off and all sorts of settings just by walking across the top of it. It is so touch sensitive. Otherwise it seems to work o.k. I bought a little $5 airconditioner filter that I can snip with scissors that I taped on the front of it to hopefully make the expensive hepa filter last longer but I wonder if that is the best thing for the motor.
