CHEF iQ World's Smartest Pressure Cooker

I rarely write reviews, but this product was such a disappointment that I feel like I need to warn others. From the moment I unboxed it, the build quality felt cheap and flimsy, which was surprising for something marketed as a premium smart cooker. The WiFi feature, one of the main selling points, is a complete gimmick,it constantly disconnects and makes the app nearly useless. The so-called guided recipes are overhyped.many of them don’t work properly, and cooking times are wildly inaccurate. Even something as basic as rice comes out either mushy or undercooked. When I tried slow cooking, the meat came out raw after hours, which is completely unacceptable. The built-in scale, another flashy feature, is inaccurate and throws error codes more often than not. Cleaning is a nightmare, with food sticking to the bottom no matter what I do, and the lid feels unsafe as it’s often stuck after pressure release. To make matters worse, customer service is practically non-existent,emails went unanswered for weeks. The promised “500+ recipes” are mostly repeats or poorly translated instructions, the buttons are not intuitive, and the display lags whenever you press something. Twice, the cooker overheated and shut down mid-use, ruining meals. The nonstick coating began peeling after just a few uses, which is unsafe and shows poor quality control. Steam leaks from the sides every time, making a mess on my countertop, and the machine itself is heavy and bulky, yet it performs worse than a basic $30 rice cooker. I even had guests over once, and dinner was completely ruined because this machine failed again. Honestly, I wish I could give it zero stars,this is overpriced junk that causes more frustration than convenience. Save your money and your sanity, because this CHEF iQ cooker is nothing but a daily headache.
