I bought this for the price . It’s a decent starter house . I paid under $30.00. I wouldn’t pay more than that . The pages bleed even with the use of the markers they sent with the book . You can see it’s a book because to allow the book to be placed behind it they left some gaps on both sides of the house which is tacky and easily seen. The dollhouse is not heavy or good wood and be carful of a mistake is made the wood will crack . Get familiar with your screws . Directions were kind of hard to understand but once I started and just physically lined up the parts like the picture and placed the screws in it was fine Don’t rush this and make sure it’s identical to the photo place screws in slow to prevent wood breaking make sure you use the right screws for the right pieces . Decent for a my four year old as starter house , but that’s as a starter house . She loves this house but I’m sure it will get on my nerves the more I look at it’s annoying construction in comparison to other models . I’d dare not buy another kid Kraft for fear the wood be like this . I choose a cheap house to see how there wood is and I’m glad I didn’t get a 100.00 house. Perhaps the more money the better the quality but a company is a company and should produce toys they’d be proud of . Seemed to me this dollhouse was made with left over materials that they had bulk of and didn’t wanna waste the materials . That’s a good thing for the earth and products to be used accordingly. Perhaps if the case is it was made like that it should of been advertised as such . There are other models with the same coloring wood and same plastic furnitures which I can see was cross produced . Furniture is cheap .
