If I could give this zero stars, I would. I never leave reviews, but this was single handedly the hardest product to put together that I’ve ever bought and that falls back on the manufacturer. They didn’t drill the correct sized holes in the poles to put the screws in. They aren’t threaded at all so it literally takes ALL of the force in your body to get these screws in, while trying to keep pressure on a round pole while putting the screws in. The screws also do not hold. We did finally get it put together after taking myself and my partner both to do it, but it isn’t sturdy at all. The hooks are already wobbly and the screws are already loosening. I suspect as soon as we put actual coats on it that it will fall apart pretty quickly. All in all, spend a few extra bucks and get a better one. I got this one because it was super cheap and unfortunately the product was not made well at all or to last for any amount of time.
