Mine was defective, but didn't realize until it was too late

I was so excited to try this and i really do think it makes my skin look much better. However, I don't believe mine is functioning at full capacity. My bf daughter has one as well. We were talking about what level we use and I told her I always have mine on the highest setting. She said she can barely tolerate the highest setting. So we compared each other's wands. Hers is DEFINETLY stronger and when we turn lights out the glow in hers is much brighter. My wand seems to be 50% of what hers is. Of course, I come to this realization after I'm outside the return window now so I guess I'm stuck with a defective one. I still use it but I imagine my results would be even better if it worked properly... Super bummed!
