Product was well packaged and shipped on time. Found no damage or missing parts. Everything seems sturdy and well put together. Am hoping to get a lot of use and time out of this dehydrator. So far I have only used it to do the initial 30 minute pre-use run through, but all the controls and the fan worked as they should. Was easy to wipe down and looks like it will be easy to clean and maintain once it starts getting more regular use. So far, I'm impressed.

The fan was just laying inside of the unit.
