A little better than my old chair

My old chair was a cheap message chair and it had more functions. This one you cannot adjust anything. The description states that it has certain functions but the chair does not have those functions. And trying to use a tablet like it states in the manual does not work. I would not buy this chair again. I have contacted customer service and no response.
