Failing after a few months

I use the product almost daily in my home office, but it is failing after a few months. It sometimes no longer lights the LED bulb to full brightness and ignores the touch sensitive controls. So far it will still come back on eventually, but it is starting to flicker and turn off for longer periods of time, so I am not optimistic that I won't have to replace it soon.
