I bought this for my daughter for school. It was one of the last things on the school list that I couldn't find anywhere and this was the only available product that was one day shipping. My daughter really liked it she was very happy. So I'm glad because it was a "Oh crap" emergency purchase. Scissors sharp, color cute, functional, size perfect. Easy use sharpener.

Great ruler, great sharpener, excellent scissors. My daughter loved this set for over a year. However tonight she decided to bend the ruler to see what would happen... I'm not sure what material this ruler is made out of, but once she snapped it, 5" of ruler completely disappeared, blasting a 10' radius of glass-like teeny tiny shards (maybe fiberglass?). Of course my daughter should not have done that, but come on this material is dangerous! We are lucky it didn't get in anyone's eyes I don't even want to think about it. Given this is intended for kids I'm really surprised they would pick a material that breaks like this. Just wanted to put a word of caution out there if your child tends to mess with things they shouldn't mess with. We just spent 2 hours shaking everything out in the living room, wiping everything down, and vacuuming over and over again. Not how we used to spend our Friday nights before kids, that's for sure 😄
