I have a Medify 25, as well as the 2 Medify 15’s. They work very well. I live in an apartment and have a cat. It takes care of dander, odor, litter dust, neighbors cooking odors, my cooking odor (especially cabbage!). Would highly recommend. When you register your product you can sign up for their filter club that saves money on filters with auto delivery. I haven’t had any problems with the units, so have not had the need to speak with customer service.

FIlters DO NOT LAST, VERY FRAGILE!!!

Honestly in the beginning everything seemed smooth , yea noticed the air quality felt better , especially for my toddler with crazy allergies. But since I'm super clean the actual efficiency wasn't obvious until my girlfriend that can't cook 👀 lol burn something then put the filter in the kitchen to absorb the odor and after that 1 use the purifier releases very strong smoke odor even after i used my compressor to try dust out the filters carefully and even cleaned the box with lysol. The filters are yellow and smell terrible, obviously doubt i can wash them. So definitely not durable, they might save you from 1 fire disaster but that's it. 🤷🏻♀️ Only suck air in from 2 sides not all 4. Keep in mind it's not a sanitizer it just purifies small particles. I suggest to keep it running in slow mode if you want it to last & actually purify more air particles and if you can cook and don't have a chaotic messy family or environment this is the purifier for you lol... LOVE THE SIZE AND LOW NOISE LEVEL!!
