Beautiful knife and very sharp!

The knife has a beautiful finish is well constructed and very sharp. I can thick slice homemade bacon almost as perfect as using a machine slicer.

Steel quality is okay. Not the best knife out there. I can already tell after 2 briskets, this knife already needs a good sharpening. Not happy about that.
