Chefman 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker

I ordered this coffee pot because I wanted one that automatically shut off and so that I could program the brew time. I received this coffee pot and started using it. Well by the third day or so I realized that the little bit of extra water I tried to sneak in there, which fit in the pot, did not fit into the coffee maker. It ran out the back. I was able to do this with my old coffee pot. Then I realized the 12 cups in the pot were not actually 12 cups. I was getting 2 cups off coffee less then my old pot. So basically I was also using too many coffee grinds as well not knowing this. The coffee brewed was not hot hot like my old pot. It was warm but quickly cooled off. Oh one more thing, the amount of space to pour the water in was a little ridiculous if you are right handed. There was a little bit more room if you are a lefty but not much. For these reasons I returned the coffee maker and bought a Mr Coffee pot, 12 cup, auto brew coffee maker and auto shut off after 4 hours from Walmart for about $30.
