Copper Chef Titan Fry Pans, 10-Piece Set

I've used these pans virtually every day for 18 days. I've waited to review until I'd given them a good test, and the following information is the typical cooking result. If you're looking for non-stick pans, find something other than these. I watched the tv ads and purchased based on the ads, which were pure lies. The picture attached is from two fried eggs, with oil in the pan to start. I heated the oil, cooked the eggs, and this was left from turning the eggs and then wrestling them out of the pan. This is exactly the same each time. You'll find that even this residue has to be scrubbed out with a soft scrubber. These pans look nice. Nice pattern inside, and on opening the package and after the initial disappointment of the actual small size of both pans, I actually used them immediately. Everything sticks to these. First use, residue remained in the pan even with butter and/or oil. The basket is probably ok but I haven't used it. The knife is one of the most cheaply-made kitchen knives I've ever used, but I will admit it is pretty sharp. I've used it several times, and the angle of blade to handle is a bit awkward. But it's sharp. Anyway, I'll return these. They are not good pans. In fact, the worn-out Swiss pans I had for three years were more non-stick than these are, brand new. Buyer be warned.
