*Updated* Solid, appears quality, comfy

12/9/24: Use this every day at work. Still solid, still working well! 5/28/2024: Just received and assembled the VIVO wooden kneeling chair. Instructions were clear and unpacking and assembly took about 15 minutes. Seems solidly made and is sturdy. While not perfectly symmetrical (which no one will see when in use) the cushions are very thick and comfortable and the fabric feels durable. The screws go into metal inserts in the wood/cushions, so should hold/not strip, break. The casters seem to be quality and 2 of the 4 have locking tabs. I needed to tighten the screws in the cross bars at the bottom and plan to keep one hex tool in my desk in case anything loosens over time. I'm 5'9", about 200lbs. I have the height set about 1" above & below the adjusting nut. (Could still go taller if needed.) This will be my daily use office chair to help my posture/back pain. If I have any issues with the chair, I will update the review.

Nice, but seat angle needs to be adjustable
By kapow73 on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2021
This is SUPER comfortable when it's raised up so the seat is at an angle, and the wood base gives it a nicer look that most office chairs. The cushions are nice and thick. Unfortunately I have to raise the seat a lot to get an angle, and that puts me way above the keyboard tray. I'm only 5' 1" and I haven't even put the wheels on yet, so my height isn't the issue. If I lower it enough for my desk, the seat completely loses its angle, which kind of defeats the purpose of the chair. If I had an adjustable height desk I would definitely keep this, but unfortunately will have to return it. *Edit-I've tried to use this for a couple of days and I did notice that I am on the edge of the seat which gets uncomfortable after a while. (the distance becomes more of an issue the lower you put the seat) I added a pad under my knees, which helped, but wanted to mention this for other short people. All of the issues I've mentioned seem to be pretty standard, I'm not sure I'll find anything better out there.
