It was ok when we got it. Some of the features weren’t quite working but I chalked it up to my husband trying to mess with it on duty. Being a LEO in an area that roads aren’t always marked he uses this daily. His last one lasted over 15yrs. This new one, not even 3 months, it just turns itself off. Won’t turn back on for several days. Trying to work w/ customer support has been daunting. Recalling on Monday to see what we need to do bc if I have to buy a new one, I’ll be going to a different company.
