Blue Diamond Ceramic Nonstick Baking Pan

Update: After baking chicken on the pan twice, it's garbage. The non-stick coating is coming off and the pan is rusting. This is unacceptable considering I washed it by hand with only with a scrub sponge and regular dish soap. Everything sticks to the pan now. It's worse than a cheap but seasoned non-stick pan.I bought this Blue Diamond cookie pan because I love my other Blue Diamond cookware pieces. Once again this did not disappoint! The pan is sturdy and easy to clean. When I made chicken wings on the pan, there was no sticking whatsoever, and cleanup was a breeze! The diamond pattern allows the chicken skin to crisp up nicely without sticking to the pan. Cookies come out perfectly too.I love these cookie pans! I just purchased another one.
