Perfect in size and ability —enough for me to buy two!

I wasn’t pleased to realize that I could not cook on high! But I discovered it was better to cook at a lower temperature for more flavor! The heat distribution is absolutely perfect! It could be cleaned with paper towels!!! It’s so very smooth and easy! It’s the PERFECT SKILLET!!!!

Stick pan

This is a stick pan not non stick, if you want scrambled eggs its good, if you start out for over easy they'll be scrambled before get out of pan!!
