Zone Tech Vehicle Pet Foldable Stairs

I was very excited for these stairs. My 10 year old lab was having difficulty getting in and out of my vehicle and this was going to be a wonderful way to help him get in and out. The add says it's rated for up to 120lbs, my lab is only 65lbs, okay perfect! The very first time I tried to use it, the anchoring clip/strap ripped right off with no effort whatsoever, right at the stitching. Okay, I can live with that, the anchor was just an added bonus, not necessary for operation. After using it maybe 20 times or so, my dog nearly fell off because the stitching for one of the steps gave way, and tore the whole step away from the frame, luckily I caught him before he fell off. I reached out to the manufacturer to ask about warranty, and their response was less than sincere, stating they only offer a 30 day warranty and that I must understand that policy needs to be adhered to. Okay got it, you sell a cheaply made product and only warranty it for less time than Amazon accepts returns, cool. I've had these stairs for less than 3 months, used them only a handful of times, and now its going in to the trash. Won't make that mistake again.
