Easy to use! Excellent results!

Love this product. My waffles look and taste amazing. Light and fluffy with a little crispness. I followed the directions making sure to brush the griddle with oil. I think that gives it the crispness. I took a small spatula and evenly spread the batter but not too close to the edge. So far, I have had no spillage. Highly recommend. And, extremely quick shipping was a plus! (The photo I submitted was cooked on the 4 setting)

Painful to clean, slow to heat up
By Adrian Graham on Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2024
I don’t know who these reviewers are that claim this is “easy” to clean, but due to the lack of detachable griddles and a chassis that won’t come apart, you literally have to hold the thing upside down over the sink to rinse the cooking surfaces. This is a photo of me precariously holding the unit over the sink to rinse off the soapy plates after making blueberry waffles. Pray that I don’t get any of the electronics wet (yes, it’s unplugged). The unit seems underpowered as it takes a long time to come to temperature. I will say this makes good waffles, but I don’t expect this to last more than a couple years due to the cheap plastic hinges and flipping mechanism. Even the temperature dial feels cheap and plastic. Not sure why I’m writing such an extensive review for a 40 dollar appliance, but when my kids ask for waffles on a weekend morning the last thing I should be thinking about is how much of a pain this thing will be to clean afterwards. If I had the counter space I’d be buying a (minimum) $350 commercial waffle maker.
