Oster Bread Maker with ExpressBake

Update: I purchased King Arthur gluten free bread flour bc the King Arthur measure for measure is for non yeast recipes. The 2nd picture is the King Arthur loaf with gluten free bread flour-just about the same as the 1st. This machine does not make gluten free bread in my experience of 3 attempts. I made a 2nd loaf of basic bread which was wonderful again but if you are looking for a bread machine for gluten free bread, I would not recommend this machine. I bought this bread maker specifically bc there is a gluten free bread setting. 2 attempts came out exactly the same-a huge hard lump. After the 1st attempt, I bought fresher ingredients just to be sure but got the exact same results. I used King Arthur measure for measure gluten free flour. I did make a basic loaf w/ organic flour which came out phenomenal. However the point of the purchase was to make loaves of gluten free bread. The 2 stars are for the organic loaf. I’m hesitant on trying the other settings bc throwing away 8 cups of flour among other ingredients is a huge waste. I don’t have faith in this product.
