terrible paint job

i bought bucky for 6 dollars but i really wasn't expecting the paint job to be so poor. his metal arm looks like someone sneezed yellow paint on it and his hairline color is poorly done. not gonna return it since it doesn't matter to me that much, but QA was really lacking when they sent this one out. be warned.
